I’m Abbi Rodriguez, the founder of Enneagram Workshop - a consulting firm dedicated to building strong teams and leaders in the workplace. My passion lies in fostering compassionate collaboration and sharing insights into personality, which I bring to teams across the country through the Enneagram workshops I facilitate. As an IEA Accredited Enneagram Professional and Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, I draw on over 15 years of experience working within professional teams in various roles, including operations, leadership development, customer service, and management.
Although much of my work centers around professional teams and the workplace, I’m excited to create this new avenue to reach the individual. Whether you desire to learn more about the Enneagram for professional development or to enhance your personal relationships - you’re in the right spot!
Why did I create Enneagram Workshop?
I have had the privilege of traveling around the country teaching Enneagram workshops to groups of professionals from a wide range of industries. But the reality is that hosting a certified Enneagram teacher to facilitate a private workshop with your team isn’t always feasible to your budget or work setting. With this in mind, I wanted to create a micro-learning resource that allows people to absorb Enneagram-focused content in small snippets rather than the full length of the in-depth workshops. This format allows you to listen to workshop materials focused on the Enneagram Types you want to learn about most. It also allows you to take in smaller sections of content to ruminate on before you take in the next piece of content.
What you can expect from Enneagram Workshop
I’ll share Enneagram Workshop content in the form of podcast audio and posts including transcripts of those workshop teachings. Rather than the longer, in-depth workshops I facilitate in person & virtually with teams, this resource instead allows you to take in smaller portions of the content throughout your week. This micro-learning opportunity allows you to dive into the tremendous resource of the Enneagram at your own pace & within your own timing. My hope is that Enneagram teachings can be accessible to everyone!
